A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
All About Nutrition and Fitness
My name is Lexy Clarke, and I am a certified Precision Nutrition coach.
My journey started out in university, where I gained the notorious “freshmen fifteen”. I remember waking up one day and I couldn’t zip up my pants. That was the turning point for me. I purchased the “30 Day Shred” DVD and diet plan by Jillian Michaels and never looked back. Ever since then I’ve had an internal drive and passion for everything related to fitness and nutrition.
Throughout the past thirteen years I’ve tried many fad diets, and none of them made me stay consistent, as they were too constricting. It wasn’t until I discovered macronutrient counting, that I truly found something I could finally get behind. This was a program where you could be flexible, stay on track, and there was a calculated reason behind the program. Even after having a baby, I had an easy time “getting back on the horse” and loosing my baby weight.
I’m here to spread the word and help other people find their energy again by being realistic and holding people accountable. I want to foster a satisfying lifestyle change that people can sustain.
